1. Agreement & Acceptance
By commissioning DigitalTask DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY ("DigitalTask", "we", "us") for website creation, web hosting configuration, or social media management services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any conflicting terms proposed by the client shall be valid only if explicitly approved in writing by DigitalTask.
2. Scope of Web Development Services
Our website services encompass:
- Single-Page Website (Landing Page): Clean, high-converting static single-page architecture with Hero, About, Services, Gallery, WhatsApp CTA, and Lead Form. Target delivery: 4 days minimum after asset receipt.
- 2–5 Pages Business Website: Structured multi-page static presence (Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Contact) with Google Maps embed, Hostinger email, and on-page SEO. Target delivery: 1 week minimum.
- Custom Multi-Page Solutions: Scalable static architecture tailored for larger catalogs, enterprise consulting, and specialized branding requirements.
3. Scope of Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Operational Ground Rules
- Starter Plan (₹2,000/mo): 4 monthly posts (1 post/week) on Facebook & Instagram, festival greeting creatives customized with client branding, one-time Google Business Profile (GBP) hygiene setup, and direct WhatsApp chat links in captions. Client sends raw materials (photos/text) via WhatsApp.
- Growth Plan (₹5,000/mo): 8 to 10 monthly posts & Reels (2/week) on Instagram & Facebook, including simple viral Reels edited from client-sent smartphone videos with trending audio tags, monthly Google Business Profile (GBP) updates, and local 3–5 km hashtag strategy.
- Ground Rule 1 (Client-Sent Media): SMM packages are based on client-sent raw materials (photos/videos) over WhatsApp. All content is created from client-provided materials over WhatsApp. We do not provide camera equipment, on-site photography, or video shoots.
- Ground Rule 2 (No DM Management): Direct message handling is not included. Automated welcome messages are configured to direct leads to call or WhatsApp the business owner directly.
- Ground Rule 3 (Fixed 1 Revision Round): To ensure prompt publishing and prevent delivery bottlenecks, exactly 1 round of revisions is included per creative. Clients provide all feedback in one consolidated message.
- Monthly Retainer & Flexibility: Retainers are billed in advance per 30-day cycle with zero long-term lock-in; clients may pause or cancel at the end of any billing cycle.
4. 100% Client Ownership Guarantee
We stand firmly against vendor lock-in. All domains, hosting plans, and code files are 100% client-owned.
When assisting with domain purchase or Hostinger setup, registrations are made under the client's direct credentials and billing profile. You retain full freedom to move, modify, or host your website wherever you choose at any point.
5. Transparent Pricing & Payment Terms
- Milestone Structure: Web development projects typically initiate with a 40% advance payment to reserve schedule, 40% upon staging preview approval, and the final 20% prior to final domain launch.
- Domain & Hosting Fees: Third-party charges (e.g. Hostinger, domain registrars) are transparently billed at actual provider rates or paid directly by the client.
- SMM Monthly Retainer: Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each 30-day billing cycle. Clients may cancel or pause at the end of any cycle without termination penalties.
6. Revisions & Approvals
Every website package includes iterative revisions to ensure text, layouts, and colors accurately match your brand vision. Once final sign-off is given and the site is pushed live, ongoing modifications outside the complimentary 30-day warranty window can be handled on an hourly or monthly maintenance basis.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
